Working with compassion – the message spreads

A lively Caregiver meeting last week saw Caregivers from across our locality descend on the Dover office to give us their experiences of providing the highest quality of care. Notable successes have been in providing cover with less than two hours notice and client comments praising Caregiver commitment and compassion.Compassionate caregivers

During the past twelve months, there have been a lot of comments and cards received from clients and their families, regarding the excellent work our caregivers do.  Some of these can be found here but almost all of them mention the compassion shown by individuals towards their client and the professionalism demonstrated throughout the service.

Maddie Watts (Care Manager) spoke of the 2014 Client/Caregiver Satisfaction programme, which allows Caregivers, clients and their families, to provide honest (and anonymous) feedback. This system allows all parties involved in providing or receiving care, to tell us what we are doing well and where we can improve. We enjoy being the top provider for quality in Kent and an employer of choice and want to continue to build on the past three years of excellent service.
