Personal Care

CQC Rated Outstanding

Offering support with personal care is one of the key services we provide. Often people approach the idea of needing help with a certain degree of apprehension. Our caregivers are trained to offer as much support as you need and to step back when it is not needed. They are all employed for their caring nature and compassion, and recognise that someone feels awkward or uncomfortable, and will go out of their way to ensure the tasks that need doing, are done with professionalism and dignity.

In many cases, the task of assisting with personal-care is just a small part of the care visit and our caregivers try hard to gain the confidence of the individual so the process becomes just another task to be completed.
