Congratulations to Hazel Norton, our Registered Care Manager, who has made it through to the national finals of the Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care Awards, hosted by Care Talk magazine.
Earning her the official title of “Social Care Superwoman (Home Care)”, Hazel has been instrumental in ensuring our standards of care are the very best. She also had to demonstrate evidence of supporting her staff team and we weren’t short of examples… writing the nomination for Hazel, Paul Watts said “Staff feel able to go to her with any concern and she is adept at managing those situations in which her considerable soft-skills are best used. She brings a warmth of personality to all that we do and her staff appreciate her for it“.
