Inchwater Home Care has received excellent reviews from Clients and Caregivers in our latest survey. Our annual satisfaction survey gathers feedback on a range of topics to ensure we maintain our excellent standards of care.
Feedback from clients has been outstanding, with 100% of those asked rating the service we offer as Excellent or Good.
When asked ‘What do you like best about our service’, comments from Clients include:

Feedback from Caregivers was just as positive, with every respondent agreeing they would recommend Inchwater Home Care services to a member of their own family.
Clearly we are on the right road, but we are not complacent as we strive for more excellent reviews! We will continue to review and develop our services to ensure Clients continue to receive the highest quality of care available in the area, and Caregivers continue to see us as their employer of choice.
