We sometimes receive some lovely letters from clients and their families, who often express their thanks for the high quality of service they receive. We love every letter as they show us we are doing things well.
Here is one we have received from a local residential home. Mr L, a long-standing client of ours, was due to transfer to the facility and we aided the transition from his home to his new accomodation. We worked closely with the carehome staff, management team and owners to achieve the best possible change.
