Congratulations to Joanna Dembinska-Andrade and Michelle Cribben who have both received their awards for completing the NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care!
These awards have been well-earned relying, as they do, on written evidence as well as observations in the workplace by an external assessor. A huge amount of work is required and both Michelle and Joanna have set an exemplary bar in the quality of evidence they have provided over the past year.
