Maddie Watts and Wendy Fagg from Inchwater Home Care, were invited to provide information about the new free Dementia Awareness Sessions for family carers.
Maddie said “We have had some very positive feedback about the new courses and family carers are keen to make a start. Currently, we have courses in Dover, Deal, Canterbury and Ashford. Carer’s have been very encouraging so there is clearly a need”. Enquiries have come from family carers, neighbours and local authority personnel.
