Our home care service is now proudly led by Prakash Bundun and Roshan Gangaram, who have recently taken on the company with a shared commitment to maintaining and enhancing the high standards of care it is known for. With extensive experience across the care industry, Prakash and Roshan bring fresh leadership, deep knowledge, and a continued passion for delivering exceptional home care.

The service has been rated Outstanding twice by the CQC, a recognition of the dedication, quality, and compassion that underpin everything we do. Under the new leadership, we remain fully committed to upholding this level of excellence.

Prakash Bundun
Prakash has spent many years working as a Care Manager for several leading Care companies, gaining valuable insight into what families truly need from a reliable home care provider. His experience in managing complex care, supporting diverse client needs, and leading high-performing teams forms the foundation of his approach. Prakash is passionate about delivering care that is dignified, unhurried, and tailored to each individual.

Roshan Gangaram
Roshan brings strong operational knowledge and hands-on experience from across the social care sector. He is committed to building a compassionate, well-trained care team and ensuring that every client receives consistent, person-centred support. Roshan’s focus on quality, continuity, and independence ensures that every client feels valued and understood.

Our Caregivers provide the highest quality of care, with compassion, dedication and commitment. Staff are selected carefully and have demonstrated compassion and empathy during their induction assessment.
Here are the lovely people that provide the highest quality of care around!They have subsequently committed to an ongoing programme of continual training and assessment and we are very pleased to have such a wonderful team supporting us.

Hazel Norton
Registered Manager
Hazel's mission is to provide the highest quality of care in Kent
With a background in adult social care spanning 20 years, Hazel takes responsibility for all aspects of care delivery. She has an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care and takes the lead across all Care Management tasks.

Hazel is due to complete her L7 qualification in Strategic Management in December 2025.
Melanie Powell
Deputy Care Manager
Mel is a keystone to providing the support our carers need, so they can concentrate on excellent care.
Mel provides one-to-one support to caregivers, from induction and throughout their careers with us. She supports Hazel in her management duties and ensures standards are kept high.

Mel is currently engaged on a Level 5 NVQ in Health & Social Care, due to complete in March 2026.
Michelle Cribben
Assistant Care Manager
Michelle works hard to ensure we provide the quality of care you deserve
Michelle is a wizard at adjusting calls at short notice (for hospital appointments, for example) and making sure clients and their families are happy with the scheduled times.

Michelle is currently engaged on a Level 5 NVQ in Health & Social Care, due to complete in April 2026.

Louise Emery
Team Leader
Louise has worked in Health and Social Care sectors for over 25 years and brings her wealth of experience to Inchwater. With specialisms in Occupational Therapy, Learning Disabilities and mental health care, she is a very useful addition to our growing team.

Louise will support front-line caregivers with their role.
Joanna Dembinska Andrade
Lead Caregiver
Joanna supports our carers to provide the highest standards.
Joanna is often to be seen as she arrives to ‘spot-check’ caregivers, to ensure our standards remain high.

Joanna has an NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care and a variety of experience in the community.
Julie Bulmer
Lead Caregiver
Julie helps us maintain our high standards of care by contacting you during your time with us.
With a long background in nursing, Julie’s depth of experience supports us to make sure we are supporting our clients to the best of our ability.

Julie conducts 3 month and 6 month reviews of need, and may contact clients throughout the year to ensure everything is going as expected.
Elaine Goddard
Lead Caregiver
Elaine helps our carers to maintain our high standards of care with spot-checks and reviews.
Elaine helps ensure our standards remain high by liaising directly with our clients to ensure everything is going as expected.

Elaine has been with Inchwater for more than 10 years and her experience and knowledge (NVQ H&SC L3) helps us to make sure we are supporting our clients in the way they prefer.
