I spoke to a very angry man last night who called our on-call at about 10pm. His current care provider had let his 93yr old mother down twice over Christmas – without notice – they just failed to turn up.
We’re now pulling out all the stops to help his 93yr old mother over New Year, finding caregivers who are happy to support someone else when they could be spending the time with their family’s.
We have been *flooded* with offers… good care comes from outstanding caregivers. Thank-you all!
